IPTV on Samsung Smart TV (Tizen)

Updated on 2026-10-21

Samsung Smart TVs from 2017 onwards run Tizen and have their own app store. JeyVision Pro is built for the remote: large lists, categories, EPG guide and favourites are navigated with the four arrows, no keyboard needed.

Steps

1. Install the app from the Samsung store

Open Apps on the TV, search for JeyVision and install. The app is optimised for 2022 and newer models; on older models availability depends on the country.

2. Add the playlist with the QR code

Typing a long URL with the remote is painful: JeyVision Pro shows a QR code, you scan it with your phone and paste the M3U URL or Xtream details there. The playlist appears on the TV in seconds.

3. Navigate with the remote

Arrows to move, OK to play, Back to return. Unavailable channels are flagged and can be hidden with a single option.

4. Use EPG and favourites

The programme guide opens from the playing channel; favourites are a category always at the top of the list.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on older Samsung TVs?

The app is certified for 2022-2026 models; 2019-2021 models are under evaluation. Check availability in your TV's store.

Can I use the same playlist on my phone?

Yes: the same URL or the same Xtream credentials work on Android, iPhone, Windows and TV. Favourites stay per device.

Some free channels do not play

Public lists include channels that are only available in their own country, by the broadcasters' choice. It does not depend on the app or the TV.
